团队现有固定人员6人,其中教授1人,讲师5人(均在资源与环境工程学院),聘用研究助理1人,培养研究生9人。包括中国科学院“百人计划”学者1人次,中国科学院博士生优秀院长奖指导教师1人次,中国科学院朱李月华优秀教师1人次。
针对滨海重度盐碱区域耐性植物育种技术落后、抗逆性状遗传基础不清,关键抗逆基因和优良品种匮乏的瓶颈问题,团队立足于我国丰富的种质资源,主要开展牧草和草坪草抗逆基础理论研究,重点弄清抗盐机理,揭示土壤-植物-微生物的耦合机制,发掘抗盐基因,培育品质好,绿期长、抗盐碱的优良牧草和草坪草新品种,并实现耐盐草坪草产业化。具体研究方向包括:
